- Opened Products: Returns of opened products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If a product arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, we will send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the item.
- Older Purchases: Items ordered more than 30 days ago or purchased using store credit from a previous exchange are not eligible for return or refund.
- Purchase Source: Refunds and exchanges apply only to products purchased at MacroSupps.com.
