Single Serve Oreo Protein Cakes
These are super quick and easy to make using our ONE Vegan protein. It is great for baking due being thicker and absorbing more liquid, it helps to keep the baked goods moist and fudgy, as all good chocolate cakes should be.

Chocolate Cakes
2 scoops (64g) ONE Vegan Protein, chocolate
1/4 cup (30g) coconut flour
1/4 cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (120g) unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup (180mL) unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup (50g) Swerve sweetener (or any other sweetener that measures 1:1 with sugar)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 Oreos (for the middle of the cake)
Vanilla Oreo Protein Frosting
1 scoop (32g) ONE Vegan, vanilla
1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
Sweetener to taste
2 crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all cake ingredients (except for oreos) in a large bowl. Spray a 6-spot muffin pan with nonstick spray. Fill each about 1/3 of the way with batter, top with an Oreo, and finish with remaining batter.
- Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let completely cool (can place in the refrigerator or freezer to speed this up). While cooling, mix together frosting ingredients.
- Top each with 2-3 tbsp of protein frosting. Enjoy!
