Peanut Butter Oreo Protein Balls

Peanut Butter Oreo Protein Balls

Just a few ingredients and super easy to make

You really don't need much to make these which is one of the best parts. I don't know about you, but when I am craving some peanut butter and Oreos, I don't want to have to wait long to get it.

All you need:

  • ONE Protein, vanilla ice cream
  • Peanut flour (PB2 or PB Fit)
  • water (or milk)
  • Oreos
  • Black cocoa powder

Mix everything together and make it into balls

Check out the fun video below of the process...

A couple of notes

For the cocoa powder, you see that I use black cocoa powder. You can find it on Amazon, and it is the cocoa powder that gives Oreos the black color instead of typical brown cocoa powder.

For the protein: please, please, please DO NOT use a whey protein. It must be a whey + casein blend protein to get the same texture. Whey protein ends up sticky and doesn't absorb liquid the same. Of course, we recommend you use our ONE Protein, but other good whey + casein proteins will work similar.

Now to the recipe! Check it out below.

✅ PB Oreo Protein Balls
1 1/2 scoops (51g) Macro1 ONE Protein, vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup (85g) peanut flour (PB Fit or PB2)
1/2 cup (120ml) water (or milk of choice)
2 Oreo cookies
2-3 tbsp black cocoa powder (for rolling the balls in)*

📝 Notes
*Black cocoa is what gives oreos their dark color. You can use regular cocoa powder as well.

✅ Instructions

  1. Mix everything together until a thick, almost cookie dough like texture forms. Crush two oreos and fold into the mixture.
  2. Roll the dough into 6 balls. Place black cocoa powder in a bowl. Roll each ball in the cocoa powder.
  3. Enjoy!
