PB&J Protein Thumbprint Cookies
They are also awesome because of how easy they are to make. No need to chill the cookie dough or use a stand mixer. Just peanut butter, ONE Protein, and a few other ingredients and you will be on your way to whipping up some delicious cookies!

✅Ingredients
1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
2 scoops (68g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, vanilla ice cream
6 tbsp (92g) liquid egg whites
¼ cup (50g) Truvia sweetener
4 tbsp strawberry jam (½ tbsp for each cookie)
✅Notes
*Truvia is sweeter than sugar and other sweeteners that measure 1:1 with sugar. If using a sweetener that measures 1:1 with sugar, use 100g or ½ cup.
✅Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix peanut butter, egg whites, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Add protein powder. Fold together until a smooth thick cookie dough is formed.
Press a small indent into the top of each cookie with your thumb. Fill each with about ½ tbsp strawberry jam.
Scoop cookie dough onto a cookie sheet to make 8 medium-sized cookies. Bake at 350F for 6-7 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
