2 whole eggs
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

✅Frosting
1 cup (128g) peanut flour (PB Fit, PB2, etc)
1 cup (227g) nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup sugar free maple syrup
1 cup sugar free strawberry jam (for on top of PB frosting)

✅Notes
*My company @macro1nutrition is a whey / casein blend protein. If using just whey, recipe will NOT bake the same as whey / casein blend protein is more absorbent and bakes better. Use “MACROCHEF” to save 15% off your order!

✅Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add flour, protein powder, sweetener, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder to a bowl. Mix.
2. Add wet ingredients: melted light butter, egg, and milk. Stir together until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter into the prepared 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350F for about 25-30 mins. Center should still be slightly underdone (this keeps them from drying out).
3. Once baked, let completely cool before adding frosting. For the peanut butter frosting, melt peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add sugar free maple syrup and protein powder and mix until smooth.
4. Spread peanut butter frosting over the brownies. Cut into 12 brownies and enjoy!
