Hello friends! Welcome to Macro Supps and my first recipe on here. I am super excited with the ONE protein and how absolutely amazing it is for baking! As you all who follow me on Instagram know, I am a sucker for chocolate chip cookies. I decided to make some PB Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies with the vanilla ONE Protein.
They use some simple, easy to find ingredients and I guarantee they will be the best macro-friendly protein cookies you have ever tried. And to be honest, if someone didn't tell you they had protein in them, you would probably have no idea. They are that good! Check out the recipe below! 👇
👉Recipe!!!
✅ Ingredients
-
1 scoop (34g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, vanilla flavor
-
6 tbsp. (48g) peanut flour
-
¼ cup (30g) self-rising flour
-
1 tbsp. (8g) sugar free sweetener of choice (I used truvia)
-
3 tbsp. (30g) brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute)
-
pinch salt
-
1 whole egg
-
3 tbsp. (42g) light butter
-
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
✅ Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all dry ingredients (protein, peanut flour, flour, sweetener, brown sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Mix.
- Add wet ingredients (egg, butter, vanilla extract) to the dry ingredients. Gently stir until a thick cookie dough forms. Add chocolate chips and fold into batter.
- Scoop cookie dough onto a prepared cookie sheet to make 6 cookies. Press down / flatten slightly with a fork. Sprinkle with a few more chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake at 350F for about 7-8 minutes. They will be slightly underdone, which will make them gooey and delicious. If you prefer, you can bake them closer to 10 minutes but be careful not to over bake, or they will become dry and crumbly.
- Let cool and enjoy!
💡Yield: 6 cookies

I don’t see the chocolate chips in the recipe above? Would the nutritionals also change?
