Not only do they taste amazing, but they are truly an amazing brand from the ground up. And no, I am not paid to say that. They don't pay me anything, I just genuinely support them and enjoy their products!

Anyway, for this recipe we used ONE Protein chocolate brownie to give the baked oatmeal an amazing chocolate flavor and huge protein boost.

It is topped with some Fokken Nuts Chocolate Almond Coconut Butter as well as their crunchy almond butter. They have all sorts of flavors of nut butters and I have enjoyed every single one I have tried.

Recipe

✅ Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (34g) Macro Supps ONE Protein, Chocolate Brownie flavor

  • 1 tbsp (5g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup (60g) quick oats

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/2 cup (120g) unsweetened applesauce (or mashed banana/yogurt/pumpkin puree)*

  • pinch salt
  • Fokken Nuts almond butter / peanut butter for topping

✅ Notes

*The applesauce helps keep the oats moist while baking. You can use milk or water but the consistency will be slightly different.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, baking powder, and salt. Add egg and applesauce.
  2. Spray a 5-inch glass pie dish with nonstick spray. Or, you can use a large oven safe mug. Pour mixture into dish and spread evenly.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Top with almond butter, crushed peanuts, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!

💡Yield: 1 large baked oatmeal
