We all love cookie dough, especially when you can make it in 1-minute and eat the whole bowl!
1-Minute Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients
- 
1 scoop (34g) Macro1 Nutrition ONE Vegan Protein (you can use regular ONE Protein, but will need slightly less liquid)
- 
1/4 cup (32g) peanut flour (PB Fit or PB2)
- 
2 tbsp (14g) coconut flour
- 
1-2 tbsp sweetener (more or less to taste)
- 
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 
pinch salt
- 
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- 
Add all ingredients except for chocoalte chips to a bowl. Mix until a thick cookie dough consistency is formed. May need slightly more or less liquid depending on your protein powder, so start out with less.
- 
Add chocolate chips and mix in. Enjoy a delicious bowl of low calorie cookie dough.
Yield: 2 servings (about 1/2 cup each)
